Inspection:
•General inspection of dwellings is performed to determine inconsistencies with current code and construction practices. A written report may be provided and recommendations regarding the items of concern (if any) are proposed.
Consultation:
•Private on site consultation for prospective additions, remodels, custom homes and tenant improvements.
•Goals and desires are assessed and various methods to achieve them are introduced.
•Weighing various methods with personal desires and how cost is affected are essential keys to a successful design.
Services
Design:
•Multiple design concepts may be proposed to choose from. These design concepts can include 3D visible line perspectives and renderings to assist the owner with visualization.
•Once a basic design concept has been established, KCL Associates will then prepare a final design package (site plan, floor plans and elevations).
Plans & Documents:
•KCL Associates Inc. prepares complete construction plan and document packages necessary to obtain a building permit and distribute for bid. Packages may include sections, details, structural plans and details, title-24 energy, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous pertinent information as required by the governing jurisdiction.
Engineering:
•Engineer wet stamps and signs (in house) structural plans and prepares calculations essential to permit acquisition.
•Evaluate projects with existing design plans. Supply the appropriate engineering, plans and documentation necessary for permit acquisition.
